Boca Fish House is the culinary creation of Chef Daniel Cournoyer, former Chef and proprietor of Blue Moon Fish Company. Growing up in South Florida, Daniel has enjoyed the abundance of South Florida fresh seafood and has been honing his skills in some of its finest restaurants from a very young age. Daniel is passionate about providing a quality dining experience while bringing value to his patrons.
